Earlier last week, San Holo released the long awaited remix pack for his hit 2016 single “Light,” originally debuted in November. After recruiting a diverse team of his friends and collaborators, San Holo let producers like Taska Black, WRLD, Loosid, Grant, BeauDamian and more loose on the track’s collection of soaring melodies, powerful percussion and unmistakable atmospheric elements. The result its an 8-track remix EP truly worthy of the original’s success and recognition.
From shimmering future bass remixes to harsh, dubstep-oriented heaters, the EP sees the original’s components twisted and explored in all possible forms. Whether fans of the track want to hear its elements against a minimal, anthemic backdrop or one full of billowing synths and echoing drums, everyone can find welcome refuge in at least a couple of the included remixes.
