Aside from being Davvinci‘s ghost producer and brand manager, part of Sam F‘s claim to fame is his remixing ability. His latest tune, a remix of Nicki Minaj‘s ‘Anaconda’, demonstrates that talent and more; your anaconda might not want none, but your ears will!
For this one, he blended elements of hip hop and uptempo dance music. Utilizing the heavy bass and iconic Sir Mixalot sample laid over a four-on-the-floor beat, he delivers some of the hardest hitting house I’ve heard in a while. The track then breaks into a trapstep inspired halftime section that will get any dance floor shaking. Most impressive here is Sam‘s work with Nicki Minaj‘s vocals; they accentuate the builds and interludes extremely well, creating a much more pleasant listening experience than the original track.
