Deadmau5 Gives “EDM a Helping Hand” With Techno Set

In case you missed it and have yet to hear it, you now have a chance to download Deadmau5’s superb tech set at Cream Ibiza, recorded on the 28th of August.

Many of Deadmau5’s fans have been so taken by the set, the DJ in question felt prompted to respond to the acclaim on Twitter. He once again made no qualms about where he stands with EDM:

The set features Deadmau5’s own material, such as Cthulhu Sleeps and Avaritia, taken from while(1<2). Dubfire’s legendary Roadkill and Zzt are also featured; the techno mainstays help keep the dark tech vibes rolling.

He finishes with Your Ad Here, and one of his biggest tracks, Ghosts ‘n’ Stuff.

Deadmau5 is continuing his route towards darker and darker vibes, and if you’re sick of the big room sounds the big names in EDM are pumping out, you should be more than happy with this set.
