Everyone enjoys a good house party, which is just what Dirt Monkey, Shank Aaron and Anna Yvette will be accomplishing all over the East Coast in 2014. That’s right, The Dankles will be hosting the first official house party tour that YOU can sign up to host. All you need to do is fill out the application form and abide by the rules that are laid forth. If you live near a whole foods, youth hostel or unicorn ranch then that will give you some edge when the choosing takes place. And don’t mention Borgore.
In all seriousness, they are going fully legit for the house parties. Not fully legit as in they are decking out the houses like venues, but as in they will be fully embodying the concept of a old-fashioned house party. If you want to be a host then there are three conditions that you must follow; they can be found below. Living on the West Coast, it sucks to be missing out on this epic tour of three artists that are as magnificently talented as they are. If you think you have a good place to host one of these events then do sign up because you will not regret it.
Rules:
1) Provide a house or warehouse venue for the artists to perform. Nothing illegal, but big open houses, warehouses, art galleries, etc.
2) You are responsible for providing transportation for the artist to the show. If you are chosen we can work out a portion of the flight share for you to be part of, as well as travel expenses.
3) You must provide shelter for the artists: beds, couches, your sister’s room; point is you must host the 3 to stay for the night of the show.
