The Spinnin’ Records release that hit its peak in success after being used in numerous sets at Ultra Music Festival this year is getting a facelift by some of the industry’s most idolized producers. It came as no surprise that the collaboration on “Gold Skies” between: Martin Garrix, Sander van Doorn and DVBBS with vocals from Aleesia struck dance music fanatics straight through the “feels”. As those three names are a part of dance music’s one percenters club in regards to most influential producers, and have been for some time now.
And as most Spinnin’ Record releases go, one song crushes the charts for a brief time and like clockwork, the next one comes in right behind it to continue Spinnin’s reign over charts worldwide. But with this particularly unique song featuring great names in the scene, it makes sense to resuscitate the jam after its peak of success has diminished.
Below I present you with the remix package of “Gold Skies” featuring remixes from Tiësto, DubVision, Overused and Ferreck Dawn in collaboration with Redondo. The four track Spinnin’ Records remix package ranges in genre from Progressive to Electro and even includes a little Deep House for those of you trying to go, “Von Deepa”.
My personal favorite is the Ferreck Dawn & Redondo remix, as after being exposed and coming to identify with Dillon Francis’ Deep House alter ego, I can’t get enough of the sensual flavor that genre instills.
