Gianni Blu is back with a thudding electro house rework of Wiz Khalifa’s “We Dem Boyz.” The Chicago producer continues to explore new sounds and push his production into unfamiliar territory. Gianni manages to showcase his depth in this track by frequently moving between genres as the song progresses.
The remix kicks off with a catchy house melody that immediately diverts, spiraling into gritty electro. Wiz starts up a verse as the opening melody re-emerges briefly. The track continues to evolve – first into upbeat bubbly trap, then into a dark, techno riff. The song phases between all of these elements as it moves towards a conclusion.
