King Peanuts hopped aboard the Jet Set Trash Records squad with his Emotions EP that was released July 29th. The Portugal producer has been on a trap run lately, but he is getting back to his house roots with this project. Three electro originals fill one package that you can buy through Beatport or stream through the imprints Soundcloud.
“Ghosts” kicks things off in an exhilarating manner. You get a hard pressed bass all in your face with a four-to-the-floor beat pounding you into submission. Number two is “Dance Control.” Although it’s a bit lighter than the other tracks, it still will get your body gyrating. If you were looking for more “Power,” then you got it. The last track is an electrifying and catchy composition with an OG vibe you can’t knock. All in all, Emotions is an EP worth the money and worth the time. Get it!
