Though I am not one for mashups, I will still give each and every one I come across the benefit of the doubt and hear it out. In this case, I am very glad I did. It goes without saying that Trademark did an incredible job bringing together the mellow elements of Disclosure’s hit song, “Latch,” with the progressive house sounds of 3lau’s “How You Love Me” and Revine’s “Higher.” The dominating vocals by Sam Smith, Bright Lights, and Maryann Vasquez make for the perfect top lines to this conglomerate of power and depth.
