Khross, a promotional company based out of Boston lead the charge on a month dedicated to Victor Niglio. This included several free remixes and a new original and mix from the man himself.
(you can pick up all free downloads from Khross’ Soundcloud)
In chronological release order we first saw remixes from NGHTMRE and David A . These were followed by a NU.F.O vocal rendition of S.T.F.U, Junkie Kid and Victor Niglio‘s latest collaboration.
Next in release order was Jake Sgarlato‘s big-room electro house remix of Niglio’s Jager. Sexy risers and unique synthesis cement this as an all around solid remix.
ak9 shows up with a remix of Elvis that features a deep strum of a drop which emphasizes a strangely dark vibe found only in this track. A bridge-melody reminiscent of an irish sunrise is followed by another hectic drop in what is yet another sound remix.
Finally, Victor Niglio‘s new original for free download, Amani is released through Khross in conjunction with vocalist Kristin Accorsi for a trance-trap hybrid original. Amani is a beautiful dance track that is highlighted by a pulsing beat and a heavily manipulated vocal mix that drop into a dark, however majestic bass-line.
Finally, Khross released a mix with Victor Niglio that features all of the release tracks as well as several exclusives. This special mix has a huge variety of tracks and genres represented that show where EDM could be headed, so check it out and enjoy!
The best part of all of this: all profits were donated to a charity, AMREF. Now that’s something we can all get behind, and the awesome free music doesn’t hurt either!
