You might as well just put a crown on Paul Oakenfold‘s head. The legendary producer, who’s racked up three Grammy nominations, will soon be walking away with an award that was previously given to Simon Cowell in 2011. As a part of April 23rd’s 2014 BritWeek UKTI Business Innovation Awards, the special Creative Fusion award will be given out to Paul for his extraordinary contributions to the music scene that have helped close the divide between the UK and US. Other awards will also be given out regarding topics like social impact, and technology, but Paul’s award will be the most special one of the night, although that doesn’t discredit any of the other trophies.
