The Remembrance Festival was a very emotional time for many, especially for Maarten Hoogstraten, who now represents Bingo Players himself after the passing of Paul Bäumer just a few months ago. Aside from playing a set at Remembrance, which is recapped below, Bingo Players teased their new single “Knock You Out” that comes out on Monday, April 14th. The record was perfect for the charity event that raised money for the Dutch and American Cancer Societies; it’s a progressive vocal anthem whose release will be the first since Paul’s passing. I imagine he is looking down upon the world with a smile knowing the legacy is being continued with such emotive music.
