DJ Deeon and Paul Johnson have confirmed, the godfather of house music DJ Frankie Knuckles has passed away at the age of 59. Beginning his career in New York, Knuckles moved to Chicago in 1977 and started his own club “The Power Plant” to kick off his DJing career. A legend in the realm of house, he will be dearly missed. We would like to extend our condolences to friends and family.
