Yesterday, 22 year old producer DallasK, aka Dallas Koehlke, uploaded a bootleg he made of Disclosure and London Grammar’s “Help Me Lose My Mind” to his Soundcloud page — and it’s the best electro house tune I’ve heard in a long time. 
The original is a chill garage/deep house tune with a downtempo vibe; DallasK’s bootleg, on the other hand, is an energetic, hard-hitting, electro house banger. Right off the bat, you can tell by the hard-hitting drums that it’s going to be a vicious track. Everything about this tune is perfect, so if you’re a person that tends to skip to the drop, please don’t (you probably shouldn’t do that with any tune in general, the build up is a huge part of the experience). After the first banging drop following the initial breakdown featuring London Grammar’s awesome vocals, DallasK hits us with a melodic drop like no other. Really awesome tune.
In this day and age, with electro house — and almost every other genre for that matter — being heavily influenced by the current “big room” movement, DallasK’s bootleg it’s truly a breath of fresh air.
