One of the trailblazer labels for modern deep and tech, Suara returns today with their second compilation. This is no ordinary compilation of records though, this is Kitties Go Deep Vol. 2– all the tracks are brand new content, slapped together in one succinct package. This twenty track album has a number of standouts, some familiar faces and a few up-and-comers too. Find it exclusively on Beatport here.
Veerus & Maxie Devine – “Cars (Purple Disco Machine Remix)”
You may not be familiar with the original producers, but Purple Disco Machine is no laughing matter in the deep game. Known for bringing the funk to deep house all while keeping things as minimal is possible, this new track is no exception. Not the most lively Purple Disco Machine record, but this one still keeps bodies moving.
KANT – “Bass & The Beats (Original Mix)”
New to the game, but KANT has taken deep house by storm. His work has been in the Beatport Top 10 Deep House for some time now, plus not to mention his EP with Tapesh last year on this very same label. This one drops into a fat, sexy groove.
Vanilla Ace & Barber – “Amore Amore (Original Mix)”
Vanilla Ace has been one of the hottest in deep house for some time now, and this new record with Barber reinforces this fact. Big, funky basslines abound this one. Cool to see these two team up again since their collaborative remix on OFF back in July.
Tough Love – “Missing You (Original Mix)”
Tough Love has been on the come-up for some time now, but have yet to be a let down on any release. From work on Nervous last year to a new track on Amine Edge & DANCE‘s CUFF compilation, Tough Love should be on all deep house radars. This is a more traditional UK garage oriented record, lovely work.
