Get ready for an explosion of melody with Filtercrush’s remix of Demi Lovato’s “Neon Lights.” Never been a huge fan of one of Disney Channel’s royalties myself, but this song was already pretty high up on my Pop list. But with the work Filtercrush put in over the original, this song becomes something extraordinary. You won’t need any time at all to let this remix grow on you before you absolutely fall in love with it. It is definitely an easy listen with a build-up that somewhat resembles that of MGMT’s “Kids” tune, only to lead into a high impact drop filled with melody and a head-shaking rhythm. Thumbs up for this one.
