Earlier today, Barely Alive released the VIP of the incredible remix they did of “Sedated” as part of a free compilation for Bass For Autism. The VIP has a similar feeling to the original, which was easily one of my favorite dubstep tracks of 2013, but with a dnb/drumstep spin that keeps it feeling incredibly fresh. Once again Barely Alive’s sound design left me in shock with my jaw on the floor; I have no idea what they do to make these crazy sounds (who knows if they do either), but whatever it is, it’s definitely very on point.
