The New York Times featured a full page ad today, announcing the Lineup for the 2014 Governors Ball. The Governors Ball, which will take place on June 6th-8th at Randall’s Island in NYC, has become well known for its diverse and impressive lineups in the past; this year, it’s more diverse than ever. Though the EDM presence is light in this year’s lineup, it still includes a few of the biggest names in the industry. Outkast and Jack White are the first names to appear on the lineup, as they’re the ones headlining the festival. They’re followed by Skrillex, two thirds of the Swedish House Mafia with Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso playing back to back, Disclosure, The Glitch Mob, Classixx, Tourist, and other EDM artists. It’s a great mixture of genres and styles, with other acts as diverse as J. Cole, Phoenix, Childish Gambino, and Janelle Monae scheduled to hit the stage. It’s a great, diverse lineup that is sure to have something for everyone. Check out the full list below.
