Spotify’s Not So Surprising Recap Results of 2013

The end of the year means a whole host of recaps, the most recent being Spotify‘s Most Streamed lists. The list is not confined to dance music, so which songs made the list? If you said “Animals” thankfully you are mistaken. The songs that cracked the top 10 come from Daft Punk, Calvin Harris and Avicii.

Avicii’s “Wake Me Up” came in at #2 and “Get Lucky” fell in two spots down at #4. I think Daft Punk can live with that. The one that’s left is none other than Calvin Harris’ “I Need Your Love.” Calvin’s album 18 Months was also #2 on the most streamed albums list that is provided below as well. If you haven’t noticed, most of the recaps feature the same songs and artists, so maybe we’ll have to construct our own list for the 2013 year soon.
