An analysis undertaken by Beacon Economics, LLC estimates that the inaugural EDC Chicago cycled an impressive $26.1 million into the city’s economy. According to a press release from Insomniac, the Memorial Day weekend festival created 279 full-time equivalent jobs and generated income up to $10.9 million for local laborers.

When we produce an event we want it to be a positive and memorable experience for the fans while also benefitting the communities that host our events. To learn that our festival helped generate over $26 million for the local Joliet economy is really gratifying.
