Fellow LA bass contemporaries, STUCA & Eugene, both of whom have cemented their presence in the bass music underground over the past year, have joined forces on a new collaboration ‘Mind,’ which is out now on Jadū Dala. Jadū Dala is the same label where STUCA released his breakout single ‘Split’ back in 2018.
The record starts off with luring cinematic overtones paired alongside fierce and thudding percussion. As the record carries on the ambient soundscape quickly takes a turn towards complete havoc. Gritty sweeping synths and puncturing kicks come into play taking the serene record as heard during the beginning to a whole new level overloaded with straight bass.
