Florian Picasso is back and he’s here to show us “The Answer.” Florian’s new track, out now on Musical Freedom, is a stunning electro-house banger of a track. Any DJ would be wise to include this one in their club set, because this one gets you grooving!
The song opens with only a slight build as a few horns sound over a snare. A brief vocal interjects stating “Show me the truth, and show me the answer.” This little production flourish calls to mind Florian’s collaboration with Martin Garrix, “Make Up Your Mind.” The vocal refrain repeats over the build until suddenly a pulsing electro synth groove hits against a steady kick drum beat. This one has some nasty low end to it.
From there the synth groove continues, except the kick drum gets switched out for hi-hats and snares. The drop eventually takes on a bit of a bass house vibe with some garage-y synths playing simultaneously with the synth groove. The horns and vocal refrain heard in the intro of the song return for the bridge before a much larger buildup leads into the drop again.
