Being released via Universal Music is the fresh new single from online sensation TheFatRat. The producer had set up quite the treasure hunt in the lead up to the release of his new track ‘MAYDAY.’
Leaving various clues in the form of YouTube clips with cryptic images and symbols, it was finally revealed in the teaser trailer to be brand new music. A hybrid of energetic electronics and ethereal atmospherics, ‘MAYDAY’ is complemented musically by the gorgeous singing of guest vocalist Laura Brehm. The singer/songwriter from Colorado adds a welcome dream-like quality, especially on the hook where it all comes together.
