For every person who was able to purchase tickets to Odesza at Red Rocks this summer, there was a handful more that couldn’t get past the online waiting room. With the tickets so high in demand, it was painful to see them sell out and then go back up for sale on third party websites for nearly triple the price.
Deep in frustration, fans took out their anger on Twitter at bots, scalpers — even AXS and the venue itself. Some people even experienced this nightmare multiple times over the last week, through various pre-sales and the general on-sale. The struggle was real.
Luckily, Odesza heard every single one of those concerns and took it to heart. Apparently many experienced the same trouble purchasing tickets for Odesza at Red Rocks last year and they put a stop to scalped ticket sales.
To everyone who couldn’t get tickets to Red Rocks this year, we hear you. Just like last year we will be doing a scalper sweep of everything and re-releasing tickets.

Rejoice! Odesza has answered. There will be another opportunity for tickets so many more can experience the magic of A Moment Apart at the iconic venue!
P.S. These are just some of the comments that flooded Twitter during the on-sale yesterday…

Pretty cool that the @odesza Red Rocks show goes on sale, and all the tickets are scooped by bots within the first minute and ticket prices double on secondary sites. Sat in a waiting room for an hour today and got nothing.

@axs you are garbage. How is that 3 times this week I was in line for Odesza red rocks tickets from the start and got nothing everytime just to find all the tickets up on stub hub for 3x the price 5 minutes later. Figure it out.
