Steve Angello’s Experimental Music Video for His Heavenly Track “Rejoice” Is Trippy As Hell [WATCH]

Do you have a mind to change? That’s what Steve Angello‘s latest song “Rejoice” is all about.

If you have an open mind, then the gospel-inspired electro house anthem from the producer’s Genesis Chapter I EP might sound even more epic attached to this experimental fashion film curated by Steve Angello himself.

The music video is a stunning, passionate display of music, faith, high fashion, and artistic vision — but mostly an “interpretation about heaven and hell,” as the opening preface states. Steve Angello makes a cameo in the music video appearing as some kind of dark angel wearing braids, and we totally dig the aesthetic. The entire visual presentation is beautiful, awe-inspiring, slightly hallucinogenic, and looks like something straight out of the mind of Kanye West (we mean that in the best way possible).

He recently spoke on his new project Almost Human and his new way of making music:

“After months of disconnect I felt I had to change the way I made music, change the way I thought of music and the way I felt about music. First step was to reinvent my live performance and to do that we changed the whole way we presented the art-form we all loved unconditionally.”

Let Steve Angello take you to church… A really, really trippy church, right here!
