Did Taylor Swift Target Calvin Harris in Her New Music Video? Sure Looks Like It…

Taylor Swift - Look What You Made Me Do screen grab

Taylor Swift just made us look, over 32 times if we’re being technical!

That’s counting the amount of times the pop star says “look” in the repetitive hook of her feisty new single and accompanying music video, “Look What You Made Me Do.” Throughout the sultry, cynical track Taylor calls out Kanye West, Katy Perry, The Grammys, and pretty much anyone that has burned her in the past. Seemingly endless possibilities exist within the intricate details of her now record-breaking music video.

If you take a closer look, there are some hidden meanings within her lyrics, identities from her past lives, and even an Easter egg that fans believe is directed toward her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris. The producer was rumored to have been engagement ring shopping at the time the couple broke up and some think her response — “no” — is spelled out plainly in the music video with a necklace bearing striking resemblance to a locket he gifted her.

Look for yourself! (And, check out even more hidden meanings from BuzzFeed.)
