It was only a short time ago that Gorillaz released their new album Humanz, and already they’ve dropped another new song that no one saw coming. Accompanied by a very trippy music video, “Sleeping Powder” really embodies the spirit of classic Gorillaz music.
The video itself features 2D dancing around and shaking what his momma gave him against some really weird backgrounds and eclectic scenes, providing arguably as much entertainment as the song itself.
The Gorillaz’ own music festival Demon Dayz kicks off this Saturday, as well, so the release of a new track is not for nothing. Check it out below.
