The Original ‘Daft Hands’ Video Just Turned 10 Years Old

Ten years ago… the world was introduced to one of the first viral videos of our generation, “Daft Hands.” The concept was simple: use the repetitive nature of Daft Punk’s singular song “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” and and write the lyrics on your hands and play along with the song.

What no one expected was that the video would garner tens of millions of views over the years and become a viral sensation. On the 10th anniversary of the original video, it has amassed 65 million views, and still remains one of the more stupidly entertaining videos on YouTube.

Check it out once again below. And if this is your first time watching it, welcome to the club.
