Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike just put their spin on Hans Zimmer‘s Pirates of the Caribbean theme song, for what could be the most epic cinematic remix ever!
“He’s a Pirate” gives the iconic theme a big room upgrade, with a pounding beat and fierce synths, while keeping Zimmer’s vision intact. Vegas told Variety, “For us, it was very important to respect the original. We wanted to keep the vibe and the atmosphere, but give it a touch of today.”
These guys did what they set out to accomplish, because this mix will sound just as awesome on dance floors as it will on the big screen!
