Zedd & Alessia Cara’s “Stay” has surely become a hit by all metrics. If there was ever any doubt about it, the two were invited to perform the single on this year’s season finale of The Voice on NBC.
Armed with some MIDI controllers, keyboards, microphones, and an accompanying drummer, the two put on an absolutely electric performance. Some nice little additions like fireworks behind the stage setup and Alessia moving into the crowd for the final chorus made the show that much more enjoyable.
Other guest performers on the finale included Miley Cyrus, Rascal Flatts, Little Big Town, CeeLo Green, and Gladys Knight.
