I’ve been following Joe Hertz since I first stumbled upon his music as a wide-eyed young YouTube user stumbling around in what were the early days of YouTube music promotion. Joe Hertz caught my ear with this unique ‘future’ take on R&B and now it’s his turn to have his music given a fresh breath through a slick new remix by JNTHN STEIN.
Thankfully JNTHN STEIN’s production skills are slightly better than his name-choosing ability (only slightly joking here). Close your eyes and let the sensual drum kicks and guitar strums creep straight into your soul while James Vickey’ gently rocks you to sleep with some beautiful vocals. As the song progresses however, the sound starts to creep towards funk and before you know it we’ve found ourselves smack in the middle of some energetic electric guitars before the song closes out.
