The Boston based producer, SCRVP, has taken a classic track and pumped some new more energy into it, something I thought couldn’t be done. SCRVPS remix of Skrillex and MUST DIE!‘s track, “VIPS” comes intact with high energy bass music influences. SCRVP covers blends a lot of genres with this new remix, mainly moombahton, bass house and jersey house with a little bit of trap influence thrown in there to spice it up as well. This remix will surely make a name for itself in clubs and festivals in no time.
The track starts with the original songs “VIPs in the back” vocal chop over some of the original songs synths. SCRVP quickly introduces dubstep influenced screech bass over some thumping kicks to bring in the bass heavy drop. He switches up the beat to create a hip gyrating moombahton feel, but quickly switches back to more of a trap slash bass house styled track. This track blends the various genres very nicely and will have the VIPs in the back ragin face. Take a listen to the new remix below:
