A few weeks ago, the 2016 edition of the massively popular music festival Tomorrowland occurred in Belgium, hosting the likes of deadmau5 b2b Eric Prydz, Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and more on huge stages with intricate, otherwordly production. While many other festivals take a while to edit and upload their aftermovies, Tomorrowland made haste this year and, much to our pleasure, have already posted their official 2016 aftermovie.
Clocking in at just over 23 minutes in length, this aftermovie showcases the greatest clips of this year’s festival. The aftermovie includes exciting crowd shots, glimpses at each of the numerous stages, slick editing that highlights each stage’s production, fireworks displays and more. The aftermovie deftly juxtaposes daytime and nighttime, emphasizing that Tomorrowland is one of the rare festivals that exudes its character during every hour of the day. Plus, the aftermovie packs in tracks like “Generate,” Hi-Lo‘s remix of Moby‘s “Go” and several others for a perfect soundtrack.
