After more than three weeks since the last report regarding the DVBBS incident at Balaton Sound Festival involving unconscious women found in their dressing room, new details about the ongoing case have come to light.
Via the Hungarian publication Bors, which has been covering the story since the very beginning, the lawyers of the women involved in the incident are asking for 100,000 Hungarian forint from a number of parties, which comes out to roughly $360,000 USD.
DVBBS are expected to settle out of court, however most of the costs are expected to be the responsibility of the promoters, whose own insurance will likely incur the final costs.
Sexual assault is believed to have occurred in the room, though an unknown perpetrator is suspected to have been involved.
