As expected for the largest electronic dance music event in the world, Martin Garrix took Tomorrowland on an absolute ride. As the closing performance of the weekend’s festivities, Garrix stepped up to the responsibility with veteran energy. Jumping between everything from bright progressive house, sauntering electro, and effervescent skips, the young producer curated a full hour of insanity.
Spinning almost entirely Martin Garrix material, the Dutchman premiered loads of unreleased music, including a filthy collab with Florian Picasso and a suspected collab with Alesso; of course he also played his forthcoming collab with Bebe Rexha, due out this Friday. Though Garrix could certainly have been a bit more sparing on the mic, the entire set embodied what Tomorrowland is all about, just have a look below and see for yourself.
