Rule #1 of engaging trolls: don’t do it.
Calvin Harris seemed to forget this rule the other day when he responded to a few trolls on Instagram who were no doubt trying to get a rise out him by taunting him and making accusations about his fresh breakup with Taylor Swift.
It’s actually quite interesting to see how his answers gradually move from blithe acknowledgment to seeming like he’s actually trying to defend himself against this nobodies. Whatever the reasoning behind his responses, it’s rather unwise to engage these people and air out dirty laundry over social media, especially in a climate where nothing really ever goes away.
