I may just be out of the loop, but I was incredibly astonished to find out today that Jason Statham and Goldie are longtime friends. Statham certainly isn’t the first Hollywood superstar to shoutout EDM producers, but his love for drum and bass is equally surprising as it is fitting for his badass persona.
Last night, Statham posted a semi-stank face selfie in a “Metalheadz” sweatshirt, giving a heartfelt tribute to drum and bass mainstay Goldie.
You may say that this is just another actor giving props to one of his favorite DJs, but previous posts from Statham’s account prove otherwise. The two have actually been close friends for a very long time, since they appeared together in the movie Snatch. Goldie and Jason Statham everyone – an absolutely legendary artistic superduo.
