One of the many things that makes March such a great month is the iconic Winter Music Conference in Miami, which brings in talent from just about every genre in dance music. From legends to recent stars, the conference brings together generations of fans and artists.
Another essential moment in this month is the release of Toolroom Record’s annual compilation album, ‘Toolroom Miami’. Each year displays an uncanny progressive and enhanced sound coming out of this powerhouse UK label that never fails to leave us in sheer amazement.
This year’s album features the talent of staple Toolroom artists like Rene Amesz, My Digital Enemy, Mark Knight, and Dusky. Along with these names also comes big tracks, like Riva Starr‘s “Velvet Zone”, which has grown to become a world-wide house favorite. Purple Disco Machine bring out a wonderful, electrifying disco vibe with their vocal mix to Boris Dlugosch’s “Keep Pushin”. Jay Lumen blends deep and tech house in perfect fashion with his spine-tingling sensation, “Work It Out”. Also, don’t sleep on one of my personal favorite’s, the Tiger Stripes remix to Adam Beyer’s “Stripes”.
If you’re looking for more of a reason to get pumped for WMC this year, or just need something to warm up your iTunes, ‘Toolroom Miami 2016’ is just for you packed with over 60 tracks as well as three exclusive DJ mixes!
