Sweden’s John Dahlbäck is back with another single from his forthcoming album, Saga, out at the end of next month. It seems the album will have a tasteful mix of sounds, as “Where You Are” offers a very different feel than previous singles “Atlantis” and “Raven.”
The track starts off with some classic progressive-house styled synth work which leads into an upbeat chorus backed by female vocals by synth-pop duo, Lovestarrs. A lengthy build-up gives way to a massive drop that features some nice piano chords and epic progressions. John Dahlbäck’s production over the vocal work results in a stunning track that will surely be a new vocal anthem in 2016.
