Insomniac can be seen as the embodiment of the ‘PLUR’ side of EDM, helping out the community when it can. Keeping true to the company’s commitment to giving back, Pasquale and the Insomniac crew donated a whopping $105,000 to three non-profit Nevada charities.
The money donated was taken from EDC Vegas 2015 ticket sales, as the organizations selected all operate out of Nevada. The charities included were the Injured Police Officers Fund, Emergency Medicine Resident Research Fund, and HELP of Southern Nevada’s Shannon West Homeless Youth Center. These donations push Insomniac’s total to $380,000 donated to local Vegas charities since EDC’s introduction to the area in 2011.
