Steve Angello‘s label Size Records has been responsible for some extremely popular and influential releases over the years. Now, in an attempt to diversify things a bit, he is partnering up with Junior Sanchez for the Brobot label. “Junior knows music like nobody else, and I’m really excited to see where the Size/Brobot alliance will take us,” said Steve in an interview with Billboard. “Brobot Records is a purely art driven project, where if I love it, I’ll release it…I want to empower and showcase fresh new talent and release new and more experimental music from my peers, while also providing a home to release my own material,” says Junior. To kick off the label, they have launched a mini documentary about Sanchez called The Past, The Present & The Future, and are giving away a free download of a funky house tune from Sanchez.
