Drum & Bass is usually hit or miss for me. Either it’s very done well or its pure sh*t (in my humble opinion). You have to know what you’re doing when making a D&B track. I mean this classic genre is pretty much as sacred as House to hardcore & old school ravers; as it should be. Some of the best shows in the world are, arguably, really good Drum & Bass shows, but, they are also some of the worst you can experience if the artists have no idea what they’re doing. The same can be said for the production side of the genre, but the legendary Goldie, absolutely knocked it out of the park with this remix for Steven Lee’s upcoming album.
