New York has quickly become the location of choice for headliners looking to have an memorable experience and Governors Ball is a testament to that fact. Started in 2011, Governors Ball is an all music festival that brings a vast array of different artists, genres and performances.
This year, Deadmau5 and a handful of other EDM artists are representing the genre as they join Drake, Lana Del Ray and more on the main stage of the festival. 
The lineup was just released for the festival which will take place this June on Randall’s Island, New York. Only a few EDM performances were chosen to join the lineup but there is no lack of talent whatsoever. You would have a hard time putting together a better team to represent the genre and if you are in the area, this festival is a “must go”.
