Diplo, Vampire Weekend & Grizzly Bear have teamed up for a truly beautiful west-coast indie track out of left field.
Entitled “Long Way Home,” this is EDM by no means. A slow transient beat is amplified by enchanting vocals and magnificently constructed atmosphere all in a gritty lo-fi two and a half minutes that have left my mouth agape.
This random white dude has taken a gangster rap beat and turned it into a staple for indie heads world-wide; and major kudos are due for the eloquent resultant.
