It’s not secret that deep house has risen to astounding levels of popularity within the last year and EDM fans aren’t the only ones who have taken notice. Maya Jane Coles recently took to her Facebook page to announce that her esteemed “What They Say” hit was sampled by none other than Nicki Minaj for her latest collaboration with Drake and Lil’ Wayne called Truffle Butter. The latter is scheduled to be released as a bonus track on Nicki Minaj’s upcoming LP titled The Pinkprint. The album is slated for release on December 15th of this year and the deep house themed song will be made available as an iTunes exclusive.
