Released today through three platforms: Universal Music, 2 Many Freckles and Svenska Inspelningar, is the remix EP for Sirena‘s delightful “Chemicals.” With the original providing great success, its three accompanying remixes do not disappoint.
Each take is hugely varied but undoubtedly musical, and duo Televisor lead the way with theirs. Taking the subtle rhythm and bringing it up to a disco-style pace, this one is incredibly infectious from start to finish. Next up comes Nils Noa, who blends the track to a darker techno sound – still using the resonating piano chords to great effect.
Finally comes a version from Addal, who puts electro-fuelled energy in and really accentuates Sirena’s vocals.
