In a brief chat with inthemix, Diplo let it slide that he has been in the studio with new producer-of-fame SOPHIE. SOPHIE, if you don’t know, released a track called “Lemonade” that has brought her/him a huge cast of followers. Diplo, who stands for all things weird, doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who would pass up an opportunity to make something completely bizarre.
“You’d be surprised…me and SOPHIE did a bunch of stuff together,” said Diplo. “We’re going to be releasing it. I did a record that was literally SOPHIE and Madonna and Nicki Minaj.”
