One of my favorite labels, Firepower Records, always pushes some of the best bass music you are going to find. Sure, they have names most people recognize like Datsik, MUST DIE!, Protohype, and Bear Grillz, but they also release music from individuals like PhaseOne of Australia, who, if he keeps releasing tunes this good, will be a household name in no time.
The Sydney producer has an EP, Touching The Stars, coming out November 11th, but we have a special premiere of one of the singles from the project, “Six Feet Under,” that you get to here in its entirety today. The heavy single delves into both dubstep and drum & bass; with the vocal embedded into the production it makes for an all-encompassing bass anthem. You won’t have to worry about this one killing you, but you will have to worry about getting blown away by such a quality original.
