Rebase‘s two track debut is an exploration of dark and devious drum beats released just in time to be an excellent addition to your spooky holiday playlists. The industrial dark melody of “Lost” coupled with the strong male vocal sample is essential background music in your favorite horror flick. Well constructed and not over-done, it is my favorite of the two. “Donnie Darko” is no beat to overlook. The driving basement feel builds up the kind of eerie anticipation that would fall perfectly into place in a Halloween mix.
