Fedde Le Grand and Melo.Kids are back with another single that is sure to tear up the dancefloor this summer, “Losing Control.” Fedde and Melo.Kids collaborated earlier this year on the upbeat house track “In Love With You.” Now they’re back with another house banger, but this one has a little bit more of a darker, after-hours vibe to it.
Much like their previous collab, “Losing Control” wastes no time, as the vocal immediately takes the lead, there’s some snaps, piano notes, rising reverb, everything to set up a dark smoky club vibe. All of the elements come together quickly and after a brief buildup we get the drop laden with a heavy bassline, chopped vocals, and an unquestionable groove. Rinse and repeat with a little more urgency and some horn synths and you have the makings of a great summer club track.
