The Two Fake Blondes are back with another exuberant and catchy piano-house tune, “Good 4 U.” Combined with a radio-friendly vocal line, “Good 4 U” features all the upbeat house vibes we’ve come to expect from the husband and wife duo. On top of that, the vocals contain a very important message that, you have to work on yourself before you’ll be ready to take care of someone else.
The track opens up with some stunning vocal work from Hannah Mac, she croons about yearning for an earlier, less complicated time. There’s some light guitar plucks and minimal production. Some hi-hats come in during the second part of the verse, before an intense drum build-up leads into the chorus/drop. There’s a radio-friendly bassline along with the vocal refrain before giving way to bright piano house notes. The song and the vibes continue into the second verse. This is a tune that will brighten your day and having you bouncing on the dancefloor.
